Information you provide

The inquiry form asks for your name, email, occasion and item type. You can also provide a quantity, needed-by date, theme, budget, phone number, referral source, notes and a reference image. Optional fields can be left blank. Please do not send card numbers, passwords, identification documents or unrelated sensitive information through this form.

How it is used

Your details are used to respond to the inquiry, prepare a quote, discuss the design and coordinate an order. Submitting an inquiry is not a newsletter subscription or permission to publish your photos. Any use of customer photos or messages in marketing should be agreed separately.

Services involved

This website is hosted on Netlify. Its form service receives and stores submitted inquiry details and uploaded reference images. Order communication may continue by email. These services process information under their own privacy terms. If you follow a social-media link or choose to message through another platform, that platform’s privacy rules also apply.

The website code stores your motion-display preference locally in your browser. It does not include an advertising pixel or a marketing signup. The hosting service may process technical information, such as network and browser information, to deliver and protect the site.

Questions or deletion requests

Email thelavishlittlethings@gmail.com to ask about information supplied with an inquiry, request a correction or request deletion. Records needed for an active order or applicable recordkeeping obligations may need to be retained.
