Order & payment details
Here’s what happens between your first idea and your finished custom order.
Start with an inquiry
Sending the form asks Tasha for a quote. It does not reserve a date, create a paid order or charge you. Gallery images show past custom work for inspiration; they are not a promise of current stock, exact reproduction or availability.
Your written quote comes first
Before payment, Tasha confirms your items, quantities, design details, full order price, any applicable taxes or additional charges, the 50% booking retainer amount, the remaining balance and your agreed completion or fulfillment date. Any optional upgrade or change that affects the price must be agreed before it is added.
Your quote also sets out the cancellation and return terms for your specific custom order, including whether a return is available, any deadlines, and any applicable charges. Review these terms before accepting the quote and paying. If something is unclear, ask Tasha first.
50% booking retainer
After the written quote and order terms are agreed, a 50% booking retainer confirms your custom order. This payment is applied toward the order total; it is not an additional fee. The remaining 50% is due at pickup. Payment and pickup arrangements are confirmed directly with you.
The term “booking retainer” does not by itself make a payment nonrefundable. Refunds depend on the agreed terms and applicable consumer rights.
Timing and fulfillment
Plan ahead by 2–3 weeks for custom work. This is planning guidance; Tasha confirms availability and a specific completion or fulfillment date in your written quote before payment. Larger or more complex requests may need more time.
Pickup details are arranged directly. If you request shipping, ask whether it is available for your order; any shipping charge and promised shipment date must be confirmed before payment.
Changes, cancellations and problems
Email thelavishlittlethings@gmail.com promptly with your name, order details and the change or problem. Your written quote explains the terms for a customer-requested cancellation or a return of custom goods. There is no blanket “all payments are nonrefundable” policy on this site.
If a shipped order cannot be sent by the promised date, Tasha will contact you before that date with a revised date, if known, and the option to agree to the delay or cancel for a full, prompt refund of the unshipped order. If the order cannot be fulfilled, it will be canceled and refunded. These terms do not limit your applicable consumer rights.
If an item is damaged, incorrect or differs from the agreed order, contact Tasha with a description and, where helpful, photos so the issue can be reviewed and resolved. Keep your quote, payment receipt and order messages.
