- Choose your occasion and items on the inquiry form. Include your email; add quantity, date and theme if known.
- Tasha replies by email with pricing and availability. Sending an inquiry does not book your order.
- Agree on the written quote and order terms, then pay your 50% booking retainer. It is applied toward your order total. Approve a design preview where applicable.
- Plan for 2–3 weeks; availability is confirmed. The remaining balance is due at pickup.

How much does a custom order cost?+
Pricing depends on the item, quantity and design details. Send Tasha your idea and she’ll discuss pricing with you before you place your order.
How far ahead should I order?+
Plan for 2–3 weeks for custom work. For larger orders or a particular event date, reach out early to confirm availability. If your event is sooner, ask whether a shorter turnaround is possible.
Can you match my theme or colors?+
That’s the fun part. Share your colors, names, theme or inspiration photos with Tasha. You’ll review a design preview before production where applicable.
How do payment and pickup work?+
After you accept the written quote and order terms, a 50% booking retainer confirms your order. It is part of your order total, not an additional fee. The remaining 50% is due at pickup. Tasha will confirm the payment and pickup details directly with you.
What happens after I send my request?+
You’ll see a confirmation on this page. Tasha will review your request and reply by email with pricing and availability. Sending the form does not book an order; your quote must be agreed and the 50% booking retainer received first. If you need to add details, email thelavishlittlethings@gmail.com.
What will my quote include?+
Your item, quantity, agreed design details, total price, any applicable taxes or additional charges, the booking retainer amount and remaining balance, and the agreed completion or fulfillment date. Please review and accept the quote and order terms before paying. Read the order details.
What if my plans change or there is a problem?+
Email thelavishlittlethings@gmail.com with your order details as soon as possible. Cancellation, change and return terms are provided in writing before payment. Calling the payment a booking retainer does not create a blanket no-refund policy. Read about changes and fulfillment delays.
What if I’m not sure what I want yet?+
You don’t need to have it all figured out. Choose “Help me decide” on the form and share the occasion, who it’s for and any ideas you have. You can leave the date and other optional details blank.
